🔥 Made to Order

Because every item is made to order by our behind-the-scenes magic elves, we don’t do refunds or returns for stuff like “oops, changed my mind” or “didn’t read the size chart.”

Harsh? Maybe. Fair? Definitely.

💥 Damaged or Defective?

If your order arrives looking like it went through a blender, was printed by a raccoon, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo of the damaged/defective item within 30 days of delivery and we’ll get the ball rolling on a refund or replacement. No fuss. No drama.

• We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim and let you know if it’s approved.
• If your replacement is out of stock, you can swap for another item or opt for a refund.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days (banks can be slow, so give it a minute).

If tracking says your order went out into the void and never came back, we’ll send you a replacement on the house. Scout’s honor.

Note: We can’t accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards those are final, like a bad tattoo decision.

🇪🇺 EU Fine Print (Yeah, We Read the Boring Stuff)

If you’re in the EU, you usually get 14 days to return stuff just because. However under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, that doesn’t apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized, and thus, cannot be resold.

And guess what? Everything we make is made just for you no dusty shelves, no mass production, no take-backs and is not re-sellable. That means our stuff is exempt from the EU cooling-off rule.

Still confused or curious? Reach out we’re happy to clarify, but just so we’re clear: we’re made-to-order, and that means the EU return rule doesn’t apply.
